Fill out the form for receiving your rewards. After you have donated we can pair your donation with your form and we will send you the Stoneheart Token(ACTION) and any other promotional rewards. Fill out the entire form for the full rewards. if you want the ACTION Token make sure to put in your Solana address in the form.
