The DFHI is made up of 20 unique points that details the sentiment of Disney fans and Employees. It also provides a visual standing of the companies performance over time.
Each Actress who represents a princess receives an individual score. This score measures their performance as a princess and how they represent the Disney brand in their life and career. their combined scores come together to make up ‘the Princess Meter’.
Each Actor who represents a Hero receives an individual score. This score measures their performance as a hero and how they represent the Disney brand in their life and career. their combined scores come together to make up ‘the Hero Meter’.
Each Executive and manager in the Walt Disney Company receives a Captain score. Anyone in these positions has a big responsibility to Disney fans, Employees and Shareholders. From the CEO to the Board Members. From the Managers of the Parks to the Heads of Disney’s Various Studio Divisions. Their combined score makes up ‘The Captain Meter’.

Through producing content and creating awareness we will unite fans who want to make a change. together we can create magic. All profits will be turned into Stock in the Walt Disney Company. We will never sell our shares and with strategies such as ‘Selling Covered Calls’ we can grow our holdings and Walt’s voting power month after month. The closer we get to our goal, the faster we will get there.
Disney’s leadership and management have become complacent. More focused on spreading identity politics than telling passionate stories that relate to their audience. We believe in a dedication to Walt’s Founding Principles. Disney will no longer go through the motions. We will overhaul the entire company and establish a leadership of true Disney fans. Fans who arent ashamed of their history and do not corrupt the beloved stories from our youth to satisfy the political mobs.
