The Roman Army decends on the island of Sicily. They are desperate to capture Archimedes and force him to create war machines so they can rule the world. Archimedes defends the city to his last breath. Well… not really. With the help of his loyal assistant he fakes his death and goes into hiding as a local pest exterminator in the city of Athens. With a cover family of a wife and two kids, he blends in as a normal everyday citizen. Called upon by the Gods he hates to help clean up the city. He uses his machines to take on the monsters that plague the city. Archimedes uses his inventions to fight these foes while trying to elude the mercenary that has been on his trail since the battle of Sicily.
Archimedes is known far and wide as the smartest man in the world. He is an inventor and scientist. His destain for authority reaches far beyond the kings that request his services. He frequently picks fights with the Gods who like to call upon him to solve their problems. With one exception… he gets along with Narcissus very well. He has a plan to put the Gods in their place.
Vasili is a Greek slave forced to serve in the Roman army. Always a man to make the best of his situation he became the captain of a division of slave soldiers. He is a very stubborn man and is very street-smart. he gets embarrassed by Archimedes and suspects he isn’t truly dead. He goes on the hunt to destroy Archimedes
Archimedes wants one thing above all. Freedom to work and not be controlled by man or God. He fakes his death and goes into hiding with a cover family. He struggles to fit into a family and has to learn that even though he is paying to be in their life, he cant buy love. he has to learn how to become a family man and a hero for the City of Athens.
